现根据工作需要，诚聘电商主播2名和电商运营精英1名，条件如下：
1、Applicants must submit his/her IG/TIKTOK handle or pictures!!!

· Responsible for Tiktok live streaming and sell products in front of the camera in English

· Prepare and remember the price and details of products

· Get familiar with products, know how to show the product during the live stream

· Interacting with the audience actively, having relatively good logical thinking and responsiveness, being able to respond to questions from the audience, directing the audience to the shop, and improving fan stickiness.

· Mobilising audience energy and increasing activation through improvisation during the live streaming

· Convert accurate audience and be good at identifying shortcomings in live streaming and improving them

· The live streaming of the e-commerce platform is based on the sale of goods, familiar with product knowledge

Qualification

· Have account on the TikTok

· Be familiar with the use of TikTok, livestreaming experience is big plus

· Sales skills and experience is a plus

· Have good expressiveness and body language

· not afraid of camera and willing to express yourself in front of the camera.

· Good at teamwork

· This role will require prepare time and after-hours

· Good pressure capacity

· Cooperate with live stream manager and supporter to have a live script

9. Operating account
10. Content creating
11. Other live streaming or account content related work.

Requirement:

1. Live streaming experience is a big plus
2. Knowledge of Tiktok live streaming, content and other platform live streaming
3. Camera operating experience, phone recording experience
4. Basic lighting skills and knowledge
5. Editing skills and knowledge, tiktok editing experience
6. Film/Media/Marketing related major
7. Mandarin/English bilingual
