急招有上进心，有责任感，工作认真的会计，要求熟练操作excel，中英文流利，最好是有物流行业相关经验，Sage 100操作经验，有会计/金融/经济学或相关领域本科学位。

岗位职责：
General Ledger Bookkeeping, journal entries, bank reconciliation
Take care payroll and associated taxes
Accounts Payable inclusive of job costing and vendor payments
Accounts Receivable inclusive of invoicing, statements, waivers, cash receipts, and banking
Manage, organize, and oversee office personnel and employee files
Answering telephone calls and emails to provide excellent customer service
Organize office operations and procedures
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences

技能：
Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
Experienced working with sage 100
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment

要求：
有合法身份，有会计/金融/经济学或相关领域本科学位。
有会计工作经验，熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件。
中英文交流无障碍。
