Duties and Responsibilities:
• Sell international ocean
air import & export services
• Meet agreed-upon budget targets for revenue/profit
volume
market share
etc
• Develop
maintain and up-sell accounts throughout the territory
• Leverage relationships in order to bring opportunities to the table
• Track and organize all activities
meetings and correspondence with accounts
• Coordinate
respond to
and follow up on RFIs and RFQs
• Strategize based on knowledge of the local market and competitors39
activities
• Work with other departments as needed to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements:
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in Freight Forwarding Sales
• Excellent knowledge of logistics including Air Import/Export and Ocean Import/Export
• Must fluent in English and Mandarin
• Knowledge of Windows based programs including Outlook
Excel
Word
PowerPoint and principals of CMS (Customer Management System)
• Strong communication skills - able to edit work for spelling and grammar
present numerical data effectively
read & interpret written information
good phone skills
is tactful and discrete in interactions
• Strong sales skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Team player with proven ability to work under pressure
• Valid driver’s license
