Responsibilites:
- Manage and update customer journey via the Hubspot CRM system
- Online order processing and shipping
- Establish authority and provide customer support via Chat, SMS, and email
- Elevate overall customer experience by being a rock star liaison between CS agents and our in-house dental technicians
- Inventory/parts/products management
- Manage supplier relationships and contribute ideas to marketing materials that elevate our branding and overall customer experience
