The ideal employee he is looking for should be honest, capable, able to follow instructions, and work carefully and diligently.Don't quit job abruptly (at least two weeks ealier notified) . Additionally, it is necessary to have basic English communication skills and reliable transportation, either by driving themselves or with the help of a reliable person, to get to the designated workplace, in order to effectively and meaningfully carry out the work.
