CA. The ideal candidate will be computer literate and have 1-2 years of accounting experience.

Responsibilities & Duties
-Monitors accounts receivable accounts and follows up with customers on overdue payments
returned checks
credit card transactions and chargebacks
and researches and resolves billing and/or deduction issues.
-Performs daily deposit transaction recording and monthly closing.
-Performs other accounting and clerical duties as assigned.

Qualifications
-1-2 years working experience in Accounting (A/R
A/P
Inventory
and Collection).
-Accuracy and attention to detail.
-MS Excel and Word skills are required
Microsoft Dynamic GP experience is a plus.
-Bilingual in English &Chinese.
-High school degree
associate's degree or relevant certification is a plus.

Pay
$21.00－ $22.50 per hour DOE
plus bonus opportunity
