1、负责业务邮件沟通，系统操作以及运营调度安排；准备文件与必要资料，完成物流跟踪及出货安排。
2、懂得基本电脑操作，熟练使用办公软件，如 Word、Excel、Adobe等;
3、可以使用中文和欧美式发音英文流利进行电话及邮件沟通；
4、在美国有合法工作身份，可接受H1b，OPT/CPT等；
5、有相关物流行业经验者优先考虑; 无经验可培训；
6、要求工作态度认真仔细，有责任心；有较强的协同沟通能力和解决问题能力。

Job Requirements: Operations/ Sales
1、Responsible for email communication, system operations, and scheduling arrangements; preparing documents and necessary materials; completing cargo tracking and shipping arrangements.
2、Proficient in basic computer operations (e.g., Word, Excel, Adobe).
3、Able to communicate via phone and email in both Chinese and English.
4、Requires a valid work authorization in the United States, open to H1B, OPT/CPT, etc.
5、Priority given to candidates with relevant logistics industry experience; training available for those without experience.
6、Diligent, responsible, and detail-oriented work attitude; strong communication and problem-solving skills.
