Our company is located In Fontana, we have a long-term position available, and Seek an experienced and self-starting, stable, work-hard, very down-to-earth, and very easy-going Junior Accountant/Bookkeeper to join our dynamic and friendly team. E-commerce experiences would be great. Bilingual Chinese Speaking.

4.必须美国本科会计专业以上学历，基本全是online大数据，有高水平的 Word，Excel, 和 E-commerce 经验

Extensive knowledge of Basic accounting (GAAP), QuickBooks ( Premier 2023 version and Netsuite) & ExcelExperience with Accounts Payable (Entering bills, familiar with online banking and scheduling international wires)Making accurate records and data entry of all financial activity in QuickBooksExperience with Accounts Receivable (receiving and depositing checks/online payments and applying for payment accurately and creating invoices)Preparing Monthly financial statements and other reports (as needed)Dropship invoicing and charging credit cards on online portalPreparing month-end sales and inventory reportsCoordinating and communicating with the third party logistics company* Any bookkeeping or administrative duties requested by the President
