职位名称/Occupation: 在线电话客服专员/Customer Service Specialist

工作内容/Job Description:

*接听客户电话，回复客户邮件
Inbound/outbound phone calls, reply emails.
*处理电话订单
Process phone orders.
*登记客户信息问题等相关事宜并跟进
Input customer's info and matters to shared spreadsheet, troubleshoot and follow up the case.


工作职责及岗位要求/Requirements:

* 中英文优先但必须英文流利，有较强的学习与交流沟通能力;
Bilingual preffered but not necessary, must be fluent in English, fast learner able to communicate.
*熟悉主流办公软件操作，电话以及邮件交流技巧;
Able to use major Ofiice apps, phone and Email skills.
*认真负责，积极友善有耐心 。
Responsible and detail oriented, friendly with others and patient.
*语言组织能力强，口齿伶俐，态度端庄。
Strong communication skills, good attitude.
*保持工作区域干净整洁
Maintain wrok area clean and neat.

***有无经验都不是问题，公司提供带薪培训，转正后可享有绩效提成，全勤奖金，带薪假等福利，待遇从优。
Related experience is plus but no required. Paid training, earn commision and bonus once passed the training period.
