About Us:
17TRACK is a global leader in the tracking field, providing advanced tracking solutions for e-commerce. With over 1,300 employees worldwide, we offer the largest traffic in the tracking industry and cater to Shopify DTC sellers. As we expand our presence in the US market, we are seeking a US Sales Representative to drive our growth in this key region.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Development:
· Identify and target new business opportunities within the US market.
· Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, focusing on Shopify DTC sellers and other e-commerce businesses.
· Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of 17TRACK’s tracking solutions.
Client Management:
· Act as the primary point of contact for US clients, addressing their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
· Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
· Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
Market Analysis:
· Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.
· Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams based on client interactions and market insights.
Sales Strategy:
· Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for market penetration and growth.
· Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs to drive performance and revenue.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment with a focus on e-commerce or technology solutions.
· Direct experience with Shopify or working at a software company related to Shopify is highly preferred.
· Strong understanding of the US market and its specific needs, particularly in the e-commerce sector.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at various levels.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
