We39;re hiring a motivated Life Insurance Agent to help clients secure their financial future through tailored life insurance solutions. This role requires strong sales skills, product knowledge, and a commitment to building lasting client relationships.
Responsibilities:
Client Consultation: Understand clients39; financial goals and recommend suitable life insurance products.
Sales and Prospecting: Implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients. Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and meetings.
Relationship Building: Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular communication.
Underwriting Assistance: Collaborate with underwriters for smooth application processing. Assist clients with required documentation and medical exams.
Compliance and Ethics: Adhere to industry regulations and ethical standards.
Goal Achievement: Strive to achieve sales targets and performance goals.
Requirements:
Proven sales experience, preferably in life insurance. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting targets. Bilingual in Chinese is a plus. Knowledge of insurance regulations. Valid insurance license (not necessary)
