工作职责：
1. 负责日常应收和应付账的核算工作
2. 核对和清理应付账目的账务
3. 配合与协助总财务做日常财务

公司一切按照美国劳工部条例,提供健康保险,带薪假期,年底奖金

Responsibilities:
Extensive knowledge of Basic accounting (GAAP), QuickBooks ( Premier 2023 version and netsuite) & ExcelExperience with Accounts Payable (Entering bills, familiar with online banking and scheduling international wires)Making accurate records and data entry of all financial activity in QuickBooksExperience with Accounts Receivable (receiving and depositing checks/online payments and applying for payment accurately and creating invoices)Preparing Monthly financial statements and other reports (as needed)Dropship invoicing and charging credit cards on online portalPreparing month-end sales and inventory reportsCoordinating and communicating with the third party logistics company* Any bookkeeping or administrative duties requested by the President
