KEE Group USA。a well known manufacturer of decorative injection molded plastics。electronics assemblies。HMI and nameplates, is looking for:

Customer Service Clerk

Responsibilities:
*Reviews and proofs order for basic information (i.e. ship to, bill to, contract number, etc.), accuracy, and completeness
*Order receiving and customer service support
*Manages sales orders, purchase orders, and invoices
*Order follow-up and coordinate with supplier to ensure timely delivery
*Daily communication and coordination with the factory to resolve various customer-related issues
*Arranging order shipments, confirm with customer and ship according to customer's request
*Sends invoices to customers and follows up on future/past due payments
*Inventory control of corresponding customers
*All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
*Strong communication skills including ability to communicate with customers and work with all levels of internal organization (sales, engineering, and operations)
*Capable of planning, scheduling, coordinating and/or monitoring the flow of production to meet customer’s demand and timeline
*Fluent in English and Mandarin preferred
*Familiar with MS Office
*Customer service experience is a plus
