职位描述:
1. 人力资源规划:根据集团发展规划及现状,拟定公司人力资源计划,制定并优化人,制定并执行诚聘计划,负责职位发布、简历筛选、面试和人员选拔等相关工作。
2. 人力资源管理:管理人员档案,确保劳动合同的签署与管理符合公司政策和法律要求。
3. 人员培训与发展:负责员工入职培训及岗位技能提升培训,帮助员工快速适应岗位需求并促进职业发展。确立符合当地法律法规的用工协议、员工保险及福利等
4. 员工关系:管理员工关系,调解冲突,关注员工需求,营造和谐、高效的工作氛围。
5. 协调仓库及办公室运作, 能熟练使用Microsoft office,Google办公软件
任职要求:
1. 至少2年人事管理相关经验,有物流或仓库工作经验者优先。
2. 英语流利,能够进行日常高效沟通。英文听/说/读/写均熟练,英文足以作为工作语言. 具备优秀的沟通与协调能力,能够处理跨文化环境中的员工关系, 能独立处理员工关系和冲突管理问题,推动团队和谐与高效。
3.建立健全人事各项规章制度具有丰富的人力资源全模块管理经验,具有0-1搭建团队经验优先,具备制度体系搭建
经验,如绩效考核体系、培训体系、业务提成体系等
4.熟悉当地相关法律法规,熟悉人力市场行情;
5. 需有美国大学文凭,有HR执照佳
6. 需要美国合法工作身分,我们不sponsor H1b

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions, including talent management, employee orientation, and training development. This position requires a strong understanding of human resources practices and the ability to effectively utilize HRIS systems. The Human Resources Specialist will work closely with management to ensure that our workforce is engaged, well-trained, and aligned with the company’s goals. Bilingual-Able to speak Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities
Conduct interviews and coordinate the hiring process to attract top talent.Manage employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company culture.Oversee talent management initiatives to foster employee growth and retention.Develop and implement training programs that enhance employee skills and performance.Utilize HRIS for maintaining accurate employee records and managing HR data.Support change management efforts by communicating policies and procedures effectively.Collaborate with management on administrative tasks related to human resources operations.Assist in the implementation of Paychex for payroll processing and benefits administration.Able to speak Mandarin and English
Experience
Proven experience in human resources or a related field is preferred.Familiarity with interviewing techniques and talent acquisition strategies.Experience with HRIS systems is highly desirable, particularly with tools like Lever and Paychex.Strong skills in training development, change management, and administrative tasks are essential.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
