Fast-growth company located in Irvine is recruiting an Accounts Payable Specialist and Customer Service Representative.

Accounts Payable Specialist
This position will complete various duties for the Accounting Department. The AP Specialist supports the Accounting Manager in various accounting functions including, but not limited to the following responsibilities:

Job Description
• Perform full cycle of Accounts Payable, including verifying, classifying, preparing vouchers, and processing disbursements
• Verify payment request
• Follow-up payment approval
• Process payments to vendors
• Preparation of bank deposits
• Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that payments are accounted for and properly posted
• Manage reconciliation of expense reports and collection of receipts from cardholders
• Vendor maintenance, including W-9 and preparation of year-end 1099’s
• Perform all voids, and reissues, and reconcile voided transactions
• File paperwork both physically and electronically
• Assist with month-end closing activities
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements and Skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and strong understanding of accounting principles
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with 3+ Accounting/ AP/Booking experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Advanced working knowledge of QuickBooks Online
• Ability to work independently with little supervision
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
• Ability to adjust work schedule as business needs require
• Bilingual in English and Chinese


Customer Service Representative
Seeking full time Customer Service Representative. Candidates should have proficient at typing and talking in English and Mandarin (Korean is a plus). Be able to work full-time hours, immediate availability is preferred.

Job Description
• Answer the phone, reply to emails, and work with customers in person
• Handle problems and complaints
• Contact customers when necessary

Required Qualifications
• One to two years of related experience
• Associate degree or above
• Proficient in general computer use and Microsoft Word and Excel
• Proficient at typing and talking in English and Mandarin (Korean is a plus)
• Must be able to interact with all levels of personnel in a professional manner.
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate clearly and effectively
• Must be able to multi task and work effectively under pressure
• Able to commute to events throughout the local area
• Be able to work full-time hours, immediate availability is preferred
• Be able to work on weekend as needed
