We are looking for Technical Support Engineers in Orlando!

Job Requirements :
1. 1 year of experience working in the electronics industry(LED display, cellphones, CCTV, LCD, etc.) preferred, will accept new grads as well。
2. Must have a Bachelor's Degree in related fields;
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills(verbal, written, and presentation);
4. Strong Microsoft Office skills;
5. Basic understanding of PCB and electronic components;
6. Relatively strong hands-on ability;
7. Willing to travel domestically often
8. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. legally

Job Responsibilities:
1. Providing technical support to customers and answering technical questions about LED displays;
2. On-site installation, demonstration, troubleshooting, maintenance, system debugging, training, etc. of LED display screens;
3. Ability to provide remote support to customers through email and phone calls;
4. Ability to compose after-sales service SOPs and product service manuals;

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $36,000-$49,000/year
