Expanding
to the US market, this is a well established fine jewelry chain stores
from Asia. We are seeking a Retail Sales Manager for our first stores
located in major shopping malls in the Great Los Angeles area, focusing
on fast-growing Asian-American market. This position is open to anyone
who is passionate in retail sales, and with knowledge and experiences in
fashion/jewelry retail industry. Chinese/ Mandarin communication skills
is required.
Responsibilities:
Store Operations Management: Manage
and supervise all aspects of the store39。s operations, including sales,
inventory, visual merchandising, and customer service.
Sales and Customer Service: Assist customers in their jewelry selections, answer questions, and provide information about different products.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, keep track of stock turnover, and minimize shrinkage or losses.
Visual Merchandising: Plan and execute displays to showcase jewelry in an appealing and attractive manner.
Staff Management: Hire,
train, schedule, and supervise sales associates, ensuring they are
knowledgeable about products and customer service practices.
Security and Loss Prevention: Implement security measures to prevent theft and ensure the safety of employees and customers. Monitor cash handing procedures.
Compensations:
1. Salary $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year plus commission
