Job description
Audits and reports inventory to ensure best practices, such as FIFO is being executed;
Manages warehouse associates, monitoring work and ensuring the safe use of warehouse equipment;
Establishes warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouse;
Sets warehouse and team goals in collaboration with executive management and other team leads;
Monitors workplace performance and leads training initiatives to improve employees;
Keeps up-to-date on the latest federal and states safety regulations;
Communicates with other departments to ensure products are shipped in a timely manner;
Processes and submits payment requests in a timely manner;
Opening and Closing;
Performs other duties as required by business needs.
Requirements:
Able to periodically stand for long periods of time。
Able to carry objects over 25 lbs.
Able to operate pallet jack/forklift.
Familiar with Microsoft Office/Excel functions.
Associate degree.
1 year of warehouse experience is preferred.
Bilingual in English/Chinese or English/Spanish.
Available to work flexible schedules (afternoon shifts, weekends & holidays).

Work Schedule:
Monday thru Saturday. 6am to 2pm.
or Sunday to Friday, 1:30pm to 8pm.
Pay Rate:
Starting from $20-$25/hour, DOE
