Position Title: Assistant Warehouse Supervisor/Forklift Operations Manager
职责：
要求需熟练大件物流LTL打拖盘，英文或者西班牙语流利（必须项）！
必须熟悉抱式叉车使用！（必须项）
必须具有直立式叉车操作经验。
必须能够操作以下叉车：坐式/夹式/直立/电动叉车/Bendi等。
必须能够偶尔加班工作。
必须能够无障碍地举起或拖动50磅的物品。
协助仓库主管管理日常仓库运营。安全高效地操作叉车，执行货物装卸、移动和存放工作。监督叉车操作团队，确保操作安全和效率。与物流企业、LTL卡车公司以及FedEx和UPS进行沟通和协调。帮助确保仓库运作遵守安全规范和公司政策。协助管理仓库团队，安排工作计划，并进行绩效评估。
Responsibilities:
Assist the Warehouse Supervisor in managing daily warehouse operations.Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to load, unload, move, and store goods.Supervise the forklift operation team, ensuring safety and efficiency.Communicate and coordinate with logistics companies, LTL carriers, and FedEx/UPS.Help ensure warehouse operations comply with safety standards and company policies.Assist in managing the warehouse team, planning work schedules, and conducting performance evaluations.
任职资格：
至少2年仓库管理或叉车操作经验。需持有有效的叉车操作证。中英文流利，能够独立与各种物流服务供应商沟通。熟悉仓库管理系统和相关软件。具备较强的组织能力和领导力。能够在高压环境下有效工作，具备良好的决策能力。有能力管理团队并提升团队绩效。
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years experience in warehouse management or forklift operation.Must possess a valid forklift operator's license.Fluent in both English and Chinese, capable of independently communicating with various logistics service providers.Familiar with warehouse management systems and relevant software.Strong organizational and leadership skills.Ability to work effectively under pressure and make good decisions.Capable of managing a team and improving team performance.
