Re/Max Top 100 Agent in San Gabriel Valley is looking for a personal assistant to help manage the day-to-day tasks of the agent’s sales and business. We are looking for a professional, self-motivated, and task-oriented person who can provide superior administrative support. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, can anticipate needs, and work well in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills are a must.
Location & Hours
Job Type: Full-time (40 hours per week) or Part-Time(20 to 30 hours per week)
Salary: pay starts at $18 - $23 per hour, and can be adjusted depending on experience
Location: Hacienda Heights, Arcardia
Experience: 2 years of executive assistant experience preferred; real estate experience is a plus
Job Description and Employment Requirements
Manage and maintain business and personal calendars
Coordinate any travel plans as the need arises
Coordinate meetings and phone calls
Respond to emails and draft letters
Prepare conference room when needed
Help the agent or team prepare for meetings
Opening, sorting, and distributing mail
Maintain physical and digital files
Filing and retrieving information and documents
Maintain contact list
Provide general administrative support
Special projects as directed
Familiar with all major social media platforms
Managing and Maintaining social media accounts
Must handle all matters in strict confidentiality
Must be skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have a valid CA driver’s license
Must have reliable transportation
Key Qualifications:
Administrative: 2 years (Preferred)
Associate/Bachelor’s degree (Preferred).
Bilingual in Chinese is a plus
Real Estate licensee is a plus
Graphic Design or Art background is a plus.
Property management working experience is a plus.
