JD:
-support and process daily sales procedures as insider sales admin.
-audit and monitor regional sales stream and collect monthly business statistics for administrative level
- Customer experience management using SalesForce CRM
- Order management
fulfillment
and logistic process optimization
- post-sales service case follow up
- Collaboration with sales & Marketing team to take the business to the next level
Experience:
CRM software practice
for example
Salesforce ( required)
Digital marketing practice: 1+ year ( required)
Quickbook or other accounting/inventory management platform practice (preferred)
