Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service support to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions. The representative will also be responsible for answering customer inquiries, reminding renewals, resolving customer issues and complaints, and handling customer billing and payments.
Qualifications
*Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
*Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
*Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
*Ability to multitask and work under pressure
*Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of CRM software
*High school diploma or equivalent required
*1+ years of experience in a customer service-related role preferred
*Fluent in speaking, reading and writing in Chinese
