We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our insurance agency. This is a full-time
on-site role focused on delivering outstanding customer support and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service via phone
email
and in-person interactions
Respond to client inquiries and follow up on policy renewals
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Handle billing
payments
and related administrative tasks
Maintain accurate client records and support the overall office workflow
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Fluent in Chinese (spoken and written)
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service preferred
Background in accounting or insurance is a plus
