CPA Firm in Ontario is looking for two full-time employees to join our team with the following job positions:

1. Tax Preparer
Qualification:
· Have a minimum of two years of tax experience in the preparation of Corporate, LLC, and Individual tax returns.
· Be familiar with accounting and bookkeeping procedures.
· Have Tax Preparation Certification, Enrolled Agent, or CPA license (required).
· Be Bilingual in English and Mandarin (required).
· Be proficient in Lacerte, QuickBooks, Excel, and general computer skills.
· Have Good communication skills.

Responsibility
· Prepare tax returns for individuals or businesses.
· Review financial records, such as income statements from client39。s bookkeeping or our bookkeeping, that are required to prepare tax returns.
· Interview clients to obtain additional information on taxable income and deductible expenses and allowances.
· Review tax returns prepared by co-workers.
· Other assignments, if needed.

2. Accountant

Qualification:
· Have a bachelor’s degree in accounting (required).
· Be proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, and general computer skills (required).
· Be Bilingual in English and Mandarin (required).
· Be familiar with Lacerte (not required but preferred).

Responsibility
· Provide bookkeeping service and prepare financial statements.
· Prepare tax returns under supervision. (provide training).
· Provide payroll services if needed. (provide training).
· Other assignments, if needed.
