岗位职责：
1. 请人新人
负责人员面试，遴选匹配人才
负责人岗匹配
负责人员在岗过程跟进
2. 常规人力资源六大模块
负责所辖团队人力资源常规六大模板建模升级及落地（人力资源战略规划，请人配置与管理，培训开发管理，薪酬 管理，绩效管理，员工关系管理）
根据市场研究和薪酬调查为所有员工制定薪酬策略
进行绩效和薪资审查，设计和实施员工保留策略
3. 业务协同
熟悉公司主流业务流程及落地问题，深入业务部门，了解业务战略及实施细节
及时发现和解决与部门需求、招聘、培训、绩效考核、薪酬、人力资源关系相关的问题
重点培养、发展和提拔人才，协助企业部门建设人才梯队，促进企业和人才成长。
4. 有效沟通
主动与管理层、员工互动，多形式有效沟通，确保内部信息的有效传递，并逐步建立良性的内部沟通机制；
5. 用工规范及风险管控
制定培训材料和绩效管理计划，帮助员工了解自己的工作职责，严格执行劳动法，控制劳动风险
6. 解决问题
识别和解决与人力资源有关的问题的根源。

任职资格：
流利的掌握中文和英语
有2年以上人力资源从业经验的优先
具备较强沟通协调能力
Microsoft Office熟练使用
需可报税

工作地点：Chino， CA
工作时间：周一到周五 9:30am-6pm
